[Video] Vegans Are Hypocrites!? Should That Stop YOU From Being Vegan?

Are vegans hypocrites? Does that make veganism pointless? Should you let vegan hypocrisy stop you from being vegan yourself? ''I think one of the biggest takeaways from this video should hopefully be that I am not perfect and that I still cause harm as a vegan. I have been changing my life in a lot of ways over the last 3+ years since I have become vegan, but it should come as no surprise that I have not become a perfect being in that short time span.  I am however continuously working on myself and constantly working on improving. I am by no means done with making changes in my life for the better and I'm definitely not done trying to live more in alignment with my morals. If you would like to do the same then feel free to join in with me.  We will never be perfect and veganism doesn't make you some immaculate being all of the sudden, but it is a great way to reduce suffering and a big step towards a better life for all beings on this planet.''   Vegan Yak

[Meme] The World Can Change

Animal agriculture is plainly unsustainable because animals consume more food than they ‘produce’. Every 100 calories fed to farmed animals, gets us only 40 calories back from eating meat and dairy products. By eating those crops directly instead, we could feed billions more people around the globe. How often have you told yourself there is no point in trying to reduce the amount of plastic you use, or take the train instead of the car, or give up meat – because everyone else still buys or uses those things? Although it might seem as though individually it’s impossible to make a difference in this world, if we all took the attitude that we can’t bring about change on our own, we would never evolve. Collectively, we can bring about real progress, but it starts with the efforts of just one person. Think Martin Luther King or Emmeline Pankhurst – all significant change starts with the vision of individuals. Continue

[Veganism] Why Become Vegan: The Top Three Reasons

#1. For the Animals - The number one reason to become vegan is that in doing so we state quite clearly that we are compassionate toward our fellow creatures. #2. Earth is Our Home - As stated in the meme above there is no better single way to help Earth's environment than to become vegan. [some say this should be number one since it is all inclusive] #3. Human Health - Human beings are animals too and we should treat ourselves well. A 100% Whole Food Plant-based diet has been scientifically proven to not only be compatible with human health but superior to an omnivore diet.

[News] So...Is Vice President Kamala Harris Now Vegan??

Is Kamala Harris vegan? During her visit to Tacotarian, Harris told owner Kristen Corral that she was reducing the amount of animal products in her diet. “When she came in we were able to chat for a quick few minutes and we asked her about dabbling in veganism and she said she was doing vegan before 6pm and she heard about our restaurant from her good friend Senator Cory Booker,” Corral said. During her presidential run, Harris revealed her stance on encouraging Americans to reduce their consumption of meat. At a CNN town hall in 2019, Harris responded to a question about whether she would support a change in the dietary guidelines to reduce the consumption of red meat. “I love cheeseburgers from time to time, I just do. But [we must also consider] what we do in terms of creating incentives that we will eat in a healthy way, that we will encourage moderation, and that we will be educated about the effect of our eating habits on our environment,” Harris said. “We have to do a much bette
