[Nutrition] Plant Milk Makes You Sick & Deficient. Cow Milk = Good(so says New York Times)

The New York Times says to limit drinking plant milks to just one cup per day, but drinking cow milk in unlimited quantities is totally okay! If you ditch the cow milk for plant milk you will become protein and potassium deficient, and overload your body with carbs. Plant milks are also making California become a desert. [Opinion] Being Vegetarian is Enough

[Opinion] When Vegan Isn't Woke Enough (Re: Is It Wrong To Be Vegan?)

Maybe using others as an excuse not to go vegan isn't very woke. And please shut up about quinoa.

[Opinion] Christian Preacher Vs Veganism (Veganism Is SEITANIC)

Christian preacher Vs veganism because apparently veganism is seitanic... Right Pastor Steven Anderson is a Christian preacher who gets really mad about veganism and vegans and talks absolute nonsense - I saw this video of one of his sermons and I had to respond to the bs

[Commentary] We Need to Talk About David Attenborough (Sorry David)

I respond to what David Attenborough has been saying recently in the press about eating meat, and go through his latest documentary 'A Life on Our Planet' to react to his thoughts on a plant-based diet and "sustainable" fishing.

[Opinion] Should Ethical Vegans Get The COVID-19 Vaccine?

Jordi Casamitjana Walks Us Through The Arguments Of Getting Vaccinated As Ethical Vegans Should ethical vegans get the Covid-19 vaccine? This is going to be the key vegan question of 2021. As a long-term vegan and author of the book Ethical Vegan , other people who share my philosophical belief often ask me whether they should get the Covid-19 vaccine, as many find themselves stuck in a dilemma when trying to decide. It is not up to me to advise anyone on this matter (I am not a doctor or a public health expert) and I believe this really must be each person’s decision (which is also the official position of the Vegan Society ). Besides, people can get stigmatised by either having had the vaccine or not, so we should be careful when we ask this question to others, and, as with any medical issue, we should respect confidentiality and avoid pressuring anyone to reveal what decision they made. Above all, we should never judge other vegans for having decided differently than us, as this is

David Attenborough seems like a nice guy, but he's not as wise as many people make him out to be.

[Commentary] This Is What Meat Eaters Really Think About Veganism

These are some of the strange comments I get about my new vegan diet. They think veganism is a conspiracy pushed by the mainstream to make you sick, that detox isn't real, that you can eat whatever you want and your body will "take care of it".   And juice fasting can't remove old waste, there can be nothing in the colon past 2 days lol.

[Commentary] Rawvana's Tips To Quit Vegan & Start Eating Animals Again!

Rawvana, now known as Yovana Mendoza, made a video providing tips for people transitioning away from a vegan diet back to one of eating meat, dairy, fish, and eggs!  But that's not the worst part. Sadly, her video is riddled with misinformation about vegan diets such as vegans can't get vitamin b12, omega 3 fatty acids, or protein. She even seems to be suggesting that female vegans' monthly cycles stop!

[Opinion] Oceana Says ‘Abstaining From Seafood Is Not A Realistic Choice’- Seaspiracy Directors Respond

We've got to be really careful not to sort of weaponize poor and vulnerable people who are depending on fish, to justify our own eating habits' In light of the Netflix hit Seaspiracy , Oceana has claimed ‘abstaining from seafood is not a realistic choice’. Last month, the ocean conservation organization released an official statement on the film – which is drastically changing people’s perception of the fishing industry. Oceana’s response to Seaspiracy “We believe people have the right to choose what they eat, and we applaud those who make personal choices to improve the health of our planet,” Oceana wrote . “However, choosing to abstain from consuming seafood is not a realistic choice for the hundreds of millions of people around the world who depend on coastal fisheries. Many of whom are also facing poverty, hunger, and malnutrition.” Continue...
