[Recipes] The Happy Pear: THE MOST SATISFYING VEGAN QUESADILLAS

 

 The most satisfying vegan quesadillas is a big statement to make but I think we might have cracked it. We used creamy leaks for a lot of cooking we did in our café because it makes everything so indulgent so we decided to give it a try here and it's amazing. 

It's so rich and filling and really reminds me of food I saw while visiting Mexico in my twenties. I'd love to hear your thoughts on it and hopefully it becomes a regular recipe in your week.
