 The New York Times says to limit drinking plant milks to just one cup per day, but drinking cow milk in unlimited quantities is totally okay! If you ditch the cow milk for plant milk you will become protein and potassium deficient, and overload your body with carbs. Plant milks are also making California become a desert. Ryan responds.
