[Recipes] VEGAN FAST FOOD AT HOME -- 🍔🍟🍨 Burgers, Fries, & Shakes!

Have you dared to make it vegan?! 🍨 VEGAN SHAKE RECIPES: http://bit.ly/diyveganfastfood 🍔 GRILLED BLACK BEAN BURGERS (makes 6 burgers) 1 bell pepper, roughly chopped ½ red onion, roughly chopped ½ cup sunflower seeds (or nuts) 2 cloves garlic 2 tsp smoked paprika 2 tsp cumin 1 ½ tsp sea salt 1 14-oz can black beans 3/4 cup quick cooking oats or oat bran 6 slices burger buns toppings: lettuce, tomato, pickles, vegan mayo, mustard, and ketchup Also grab a large mixing bowl, and your food processor. Add the red pepper and onion to the food processor, and pulse until minced. Pour into a large mixing bowl. Add sunflower seeds, garlic cloves, smoked paprika, cumin, and sea salt to the food processor, and blend until it has combined into a grainy mixture. Add the beans to the processor, and blend until well combined. Pour into the mixing bowl. Pour your oats into the mixing bowl with the other ingredients, and stir well to combine. The oats will expand and help hold the burgers together. Warm your grill or grill pan (or skillet) and grease well. Form the batter into tight palm-sized patties. Grill/cook on each side for 5 minutes. To bake these: bake at 350° for 25 minutes, flipping halfway through. Serve the burgers on a toasted burger bun with the toppings. 🍟AIR-FRIED SWEET POTATO FRIES (makes 2 servings) 1 large sweet potato, peeled & cut into even fry shapes about 1/4" thick 1-2 tsp oil sea salt Preheat your air fryer to 400° for 8 minutes. Toss the cut sweet potatoes with the oil and a sprinkle of salt. Add them to the air fryer basket in an even layer. Air fry for 5 minutes at 400°. Toss the fries and spread them out evenly again. Fry for another 5-6 minutes, or until crispy. Serve immediatly. Baking instructions: Preheat oven to 425°. Spread the oiled sweet potatoes evenly onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or silpat. Sprinkle salt over the potatoes. Bake for about 20 minutes.
